Hello everyone I am born and brought up in west Bengal.  So sweet is our most important part of our life . So this winter season our very own sweets with new twist to serve . Misti doi most popular sweet of Bengal. so make it as Pudding.  Now Sandesh is one more important sweet of as so make it as a Sandesh mousse. And jaggery coconut laddu ( narkal naru)is winter favorite.  So make is as a crumble of it .

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup jaggery
  • pinch of elichi
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1/2 cup fresh  grated coconut
  • 4 tbsp jaggery
  •   1/2 cup Fresh Paneer
  • 1/4 tbsp saffron
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 6-7 Apple Slices

Instructions

  • First boil the milk . Make boiled it half . Now add jaggery.  When it more thicken add cornflour and make more thicker.  Turn off the gas . Put it in silicon mold. Set for 3-4 hours in fridge. Your  Misti Doi Pudding is ready.
