- Step 1 Take a pan , add ghee n peas paste n cook for 10 mins on medium flame .. When the mixture becomes little thick , then add half tin Milkmaid n mix it well... Now add food colour n essence, again mix it well n cook on low flame.. Cook until the mixture separates from the pan ... keep aside.. Step 2 Take a pan , pour 1 tsp ghee add chopped dry fruits n fry for 1 min on low flame.. Now add Cottage cheese n mix it well, after mixing pour 1/2 tin Milkmaid n cook until the mixture separates from pan. Keep aside.. Step 3 Assemble Grease ghee in the back side of the plate / use butter paper n spread it, now take half portion of peas mixture on it n spread like chapati...
- Now add stuffing in one side n roll it.. Cut according to your choice...
