- In a cooker add rice and water cooked in high flame for 6 whistles. In a pan add Jaggery and water cooked 10 Minutes and sieve the jaggery syrup and then add to rice mix well. Add cardamom powder.
- In a pan add ghee is heated add Cashew nuts light golden in colour in low flame and then add raisins till it's balloons. And add into rice mix well. Sweet Pongal ready to serve.
