- First grate the boiled sweet potatoes and keep it aside. Heat ghee in a kadai add assorted chopped nuts, raisins and saute till golden brown then add grated sweet potatoes, mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Now add sugar, mawa, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Last add saffron milk, ghee and mix everything properly then switch off the flame and take out a bowl. Sweet Potatoes Halwa is ready.
- Now serve in a plate, garnish with nuts and serve hot.
