- Peel the sweet potatoes and grate them using a grater. Heat a pan and add the grated sweet potato and ghee. Roast well for 2 minutes.
- In a thick bottom pan, boil milk. Add the sweet potatoes and let it cook till milk is reduced to half quantity. Add cardamom powder and raisins and switch off the gas flame. Let it cool.
- Now add the jagger and keep stirring till it dissolves completely. Add the nuts and serve.
