  • Buckwheat (Kuttu ka Atta) Flour
  • Sugar
  • Milk (for kneading)
  • Sindha Salt
  • Amaranth (Rajgira ka Atta) Flour
  • Mava
  • Mix nuts (Almonds, Cashew, Pistachio)
  • Water

Instructions

  • For Stuffing - Mix Mava, Mix nuts and Sugar (1 tablespoon) in a bowl and set aside.
  • For Ravioli - 1. Mix Buckwheat, Amaranth Flour, Milk, Sindha Salt and Sugar (4 tablespoon) in a bowl and knead it for 5 minutes. 2. Cling wrap the dough and set aside. 3. Now, roll it into puri shape. 4. Place the stuffing and add another rolled puri ov
  • For Syrup - 1. In a saucepan boil sugar (1 cup) and water. 2. Let it boil, do not thicken up. 3. Add saffron strand into it.
  • For Rabdi - 1. In a sauce pan take Milk (1 litre) and Sugar (1/2 cup), let it simmer till it thickens up or once it gets reduced to half. 2. Now add Cardamon Powder, Saffron strand (12 strands), Rose water, sliced almond, pistachio and cashew.
