Basant Panchami Special I belong ng to U.P & since childhood have seen the tradition of making Sweet jaggery Rice with turmeric & cloves. We used to eat them with curd. This dish incorporates the same idea of Sweet Samak Rice with jaggery, turmeric & cloves. And have added pineapple Srikhand to give that extra flavour to curd.
