  • 250 grams maida
  • 2 tbsp rava, Pinch salt
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 cup water ,Oil for frying

Instructions

  • First grind in flour, add salt and mix well. Add ghee and mix well. Now dissolve the sugar in water and make a hard dough with that water. (Leave it covered for ten to fifteen minutes.)
  • Now make equal parts of the flour. Weave a large thick loaf from one piece and shape it to your liking and cut it with a pizza cutter or paddle. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Peel a squash and grate it.
  • (Initially, Sakarpara will look soft but as it gets cold, it will harden.) Sakkarpara is ready. When it gets cold, put it in an airtight container. Serve the same or with tea whenever you feel like it.
