Ingredients

  • Banana pulp 3/4 cup
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Sugar powder/ honey 3-4 tbsp
  • Mix nuts powder 3 tbsp
  • Milk/ water 1 cup
  • Baking soda 2 pinch

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients one by one keep mixing. Batter should not be too runny or thick Rest for 15 mins. Then a appe from it by brusing the appe pan with ghee, cook from both the sides. Serve it warm. Garnish:- sugar powder and chocolate sauce

Notes/Tips

Wheat flour can be replaced by maida.
