- To make Masala Corn, first put water in a pot on medium heat to heat. When the water starts boiling, add corn and boil it for 1 to 2 minutes. After that add salt and cover and cook for 6-7 minutes. Turn off the flame after the stipulated time.
- Now put butter in a pan on medium flame. When the butter melts, add corn and fry it for 1 minute. Then add garam masala, chaat masala, chili powder and salt if needed and fry while stirring for 3 to 4 minutes. After the stipulated time, turn off the flame and squeeze the lemon and mix it well. Garam garam masala corn is ready.
