- Boil sweet potato
- Dry roast the flour in a pan
- Take one pan add ghee n add sweet potato
- Roast till it get golden brown
- Add flour and roast again
- In another pan add sugar and bit of water and boil till ek tar ki chashani.
- Take out the mix into a Plate .keep till it get cold
- Add sugar syrup
- And mix well .take one plate .put the mix and flat the mix ..cut it into piece n put almonds on the top for garnishing
