Sweet potato
Whole wheat flour
Brown sugar
Ghee
Almonds

Instructions

Boil sweet potato

Dry roast the flour in a pan

Take one pan add ghee n add sweet potato

Roast till it get golden brown

Add flour and roast again

In another pan add sugar and bit of water and boil till ek tar ki chashani.

Take out the mix into a Plate .keep till it get cold

Add sugar syrup

And mix well .take one plate .put the mix and flat the mix ..cut it into piece n put almonds on the top for garnishing
