- Chop baked sweet potato in medium pieces. In mixing bowl take sweet potatoes pieces, onion, tomato, green chili, chaat masala, black pepper powder, cumin coriander powder & salt.
- Add curd & tamarind jaggery pulp. Add lemon juice. Mix all well.
- Garnish with some onion, tomato, tomato ketchup & masala chana. You may skip masala chana.
