Sweet potato-500gm
Jaggery_400gm
Wheat flour_200gm

Instructions

Remove the outer skin of boiled sweetpotato mash it smooth paste. Mix the powdered jaggery in it mash well.
Make a wheat flour dough thinner than chapati dough.
Take bigger lemon size sweetpotato stuff in chapati dough and make a obbattu.put it on tawa with little oil on both sides.

Notes/Tips

make a one string syrup of jaggery add the boiled sweetpotato mix well.
