Ingredients

  • Sweet potatoes
  • Whole sugar
  • Water
  • Cardamom powder
  • Khoya
  • Milkpowder
  • Cornflour/singhara flour

Instructions

  • In a pressure cooker on steamer boil sweet potatoes with two whistles
  • Let it come to room Temperature,meanwhile make no string sugar syrup with whole sugar and water and cardamom powder,switch off The flame
  • Now peel the sweet potatoes and grate it in a bowl
  • To this add grated khoya ,milk powder and cornflour / singhara flour
  • Make a soft smooth dough out of this
  • Now make small balls out of it and deep fry it in oil till golden brown
  • Now immediately soak them in sugar syrup for six hours
  • After giving rest of six hours to gulabjamun ,chill it
  • Serve it

Notes/Tips

U can use fresh rose petals for garnish
