- In a pressure cooker on steamer boil sweet potatoes with two whistles
- Let it come to room Temperature,meanwhile make no string sugar syrup with whole sugar and water and cardamom powder,switch off The flame
- Now peel the sweet potatoes and grate it in a bowl
- To this add grated khoya ,milk powder and cornflour / singhara flour
- Make a soft smooth dough out of this
- Now make small balls out of it and deep fry it in oil till golden brown
- Now immediately soak them in sugar syrup for six hours
- After giving rest of six hours to gulabjamun ,chill it
- Serve it
