- To begin making the sweet vermicelli Recipe,in a heavy bottomed pan add a teaspoon of ghee roast the vermicelli on low heat until you get a roasted aroma and brown in colour
- Meanwhile boil water in a saucepan.Add in the palm jaggery cardamom stir until the jaggery dissolves completely Then strained the jaggery water.
- Then jaggery water add in the roasted vermicelli,turn the heat to low and simmer and cook until the vermicelli is cooked completely.once done add in 1/4cup ghee and mix it properly and let it cook for another 2minutes.
- Turn off the heat and finally garnish the sweet vermicelli with the roasted cashew nuts and serve the semis hot or cold as desired
