Ingredients

  • Leftover pasta from Garlic Butter/Olive Oil Pasta
  • 1 bag Mussles, pierce bag, cook from frozen
  • 1/2 C Whole Cows Milk, or as preferred Milk
  • 1/2 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Crushed Red Pepper, Basil, Parsley, to taste/ garn
  • 3 +TBS Real stick Butter, melted
  • Garlic Toast, served on side

Instructions

  • Take pan of Garlic Buttered, Olive Oil w/Herbs Pasta and reheat on stovetop at medium heat. Add 1/2 can diced tomatoes and half cup milk, stir.
  • Pierce top of bag and heat frozen Mussels in microwave on high at 6min.
  • Place pasta into serving dish big enough for 2-4people.
  • Top pasta with cooked Mussels or: remove and discard mussel shells, then place Mussels atop the pasta
  • Garnish dish with Parmesan Cheese, Basil, Parsley, and Crushed Red Pepper.
  • Heat 3 or more TBS Real Butter in microwave and stir til all is melted. Pour atop Mussels and pasta dish
  • Serve with Garlic toast, 2 Forks, and enjoy! šŸ˜‹
