  • Milk solids, chopped almond,cashews, sugar,kesar
  • Milk solids, chopped almond,cashews, sugar,kesar

Instructions

  • First boil milk and add milk solids to it. Boil until it's texture becomes thick.
  • For malai, take milk in pan and put lemon to it for making chena then make some chena balls.
  • Add sugar , kesar in boiling milk which you kept at step 1.
  • Off the flame while milk becomes thick then add chena balls to it.
  • For garnishing, take chopped almonds, cashews and do toppings on it.
  • Keep in fridge for cooling and serve it and take pleasure.

Notes/Tips

The milk should be boiled on low flame and should be thick. Hope you enjoy it!
