- First boil milk and add milk solids to it. Boil until it's texture becomes thick.
- For malai, take milk in pan and put lemon to it for making chena then make some chena balls.
- Add sugar , kesar in boiling milk which you kept at step 1.
- Off the flame while milk becomes thick then add chena balls to it.
- For garnishing, take chopped almonds, cashews and do toppings on it.
- Keep in fridge for cooling and serve it and take pleasure.
