Grind cashews, almonds & pistachios into coarse powder Heat 1 tsp ghee Add powdered nuts Add grated dry coconut ,cardamom powder Add fine or powdered sugar Mix well & switch off the stove Mix maida, soji& little salt Divide into 3 parts For one part add orange food colour , 2 nd green & 3rd as it is. Prepare 3 colour doughs by adding water Rest dough for sometime Knead them like puris Place stuffing & fold like toffees Deep fry in oil
