Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup maida
  • per taste Salt, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • For filling
  • 8-10 red kashmiri chilli
  • 2 Big onion, 4 potatoes
  • 2 tsp paprika powder ,1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp Mexican seasoning
  • 1 cup cheese

Instructions

  • Take a pan add oil then add kashmiri chilli fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add pinch salt take it in a bowl.
  • Let it be cool.
  • Add onion in the same pan and roast it till it gets brownish.
  • Now in that bowl add this onion stuffing.
  • Take boil potatoes now mix all stuffing and add salt, cumin powder, mix hubs and coriander mix it well.
  • Take a chapati add ketchup spread stuffing we made roll it and roast it.
  • Here our tacos is ready serve it.
