- Peeled chop & boild the beetroot.Take a grienderjar put boild beetroot,&1/4cup yogurt to make a fine paste.
- Add rest of the yogurt & chilld water mix it well.Take.a tadka pan put ghee,cuminseeds,ginger& chopped greenchilli crackle nicely & put on beetroot mixture.
- Add all spices as well as corrienderleaves& mints leaves mix it well.Tadke wala beetroot chaas is ready.
- Take serving glass put ice cube pour the chaas.Garnishing with mintleaves serve it.In summer this a best drinks.
