  • Cooked rice
  • Tamarind
  • Salt
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Chana dal
  • Black gram
  • Oil
  • Chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • Jaggery
  • Dried red chillies

Instructions

  • Tamarind syrup: take 50grams of Tamarind and wash it. And take a vok and add tamarind and 50grams of jaggery pour 50ml if water and let it boil add dried red chillies..and cook it for another 10-15 minutes.and the tamarind juice is ready Take a pan and add 4tbsp of oil, mustard, cumin, chana dal and black gram saute well.and add green chillies and red chillies add salt and prepared tamarind semi solid juice.according to you taste And add cooked rice.mix well And serve.
