  • Jaggery
  • Sesame seeds
  • Green chillies
  • Turmeric
  • Curry leaves
  • Ginger powder
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Urad dal
  • Chana dal
  • Peanuts
  • Cashew
  • Dried red chilli
  • Hing

Instructions

  • Cook rice fluffy and not sticky. Let it cool down completely, take a big plate and try spreading it For tamarind paste Soak tamarind in water and make the paste it should be a thick paste Grind. Cook your tamarind paste until it thickens using Tamarind, mustard powder,methi powder,jaggery, sesame seeds,green chillies, turmeric,curry leaves,ginger powder,oil,salt. Let the oil heat up well add mustard seeds ,jeera, chana dal,urad dal,peanuts,cashew one by one until they are browned, add green chilli, curry leaves and dry chilli let them roast well. At last add hing Take rice add tamarind paste and seasoning using your hand mix thoroughly. And tadka. Pulihora is ready. Serve.
