- Wash the palak and Chopped it.and Chopped tomato,green chilli,
- Heat the kadai and add oil and add mustard seeds, hing, jeera,ginger garlic paste, fry for 2minute.and add tomatoes and add all dry ingredients and cook till tomatoes will be soft.
- Then add palak and mix well and cook for 5 minutes and add 1/2 cup water and cook for 2minute and off the flame.
- Tamatar palak ki sabji is ready.
