- In a mixer add soaked chana dal (6 hours), water and grind well to make a smooth batter
- Stream this chana dal batter for 10 minutes
- In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, ginger paste, salt, lemon juice. Add steamed chana dal mixture to it and mix well to make khamni
- Tandoori Sev Khamni - In a kadai add oil, green chilli, onion, tomato, coriander and mix well. Add khamni to it.
- Top this khamni with sev and pomogranate. Sev khamni with a tandoori twist is ready to eat
