  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Besan
  • Chaat masala
  • Tandoori masala
  • Red chilli powder
  • Food colour
  • Salt

  • Kasuri methi
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Hard boil the eggs,peel the shell and make thin cuts diagonally.Make a paste of all the masalas along with curd and mustard oil and on the eggs.Also marinate cubed bell pepper,onion and tomato with the rest of the marinade in a separate bowl.Refrigerate for half hour. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.Lightly fry the chopped onion along with ginger garlic paste,cashewnuts and tomato puree.Cool and make a paste of it. Heat mustard oil in a grill pan.Fry the marinated eggs.When one side is grilled,toss and grill the other side.Also grill the marinated vegetables. Set aside. In a separate pan,heat the remaining oil alongwith ghee,Sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala and ajwain.When they splutter, add the ground masala.Also add tandoori masala,red chilli powder,salt and sugar to taste,kasoori methi and fresh cream.Add the remaining marinade masala and a pinch of food colour.Fry few minutes. Now add the grilled eggs and vegetables and toss.Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat until gravy thickens.Add chopped coriander and toss. Serve hot.
