- Wash all the lemons let them dry. Cut it into four pieces halfway. Don't cut it entirely. Keep it aside.
- In a pan roast black pepper, coriander seeds, methi dana, black cardamom, and after cooling down blend it. Add black salt and white salt to it. Fill these lemons with this mixture and gently keep them in a glass jar. Keep it in sunlight for 1 week.
- After one week add sugar and red Chilli powder to it. Shake it well in a couple of days it will be ready to eat. You can store it for one month also.
