Tapioca-pistachio pudding

  • Small size Tapioca ¼cup
  • Milk ¼ltr
  • Milkmaid 4tbsp
  • Powdered Pistachio 1tbsp
  • Pista milk mix 1tsp
  • China grass 12gm
  • Chopped nuts 3tbsp
  • Water 1cup

Instructions

  • Soak china grass in little water for 5min, then keep it on flame. Cook till it melts in water completely. Keep this aside.
  • Wash and cook tapioca with enough water and 2-3drops pista milk mix. Cook untill it get transparent.
  • Drain the excess water from tapioca, keep it aside.
  • Add milk, milkmaid, 3drops pista milk mix, chopped nuts into heavy bottom pan. Keep it on high flame till it starts boiling. Then add drained tapioca, melted china grass. Stir and cook for 5more min.
  • Pour the mixture into desired greased mould, keep it in fridge for 1 hr to set properly.
  • After an hour, de mould it carefully... Garnish with cherri or nuts.. Ready to serve..

Serve chilled..
