- Tapioca tiles:- .Peel the tapioca and grate it .take a mixer add the grated tapioca ,green Chilly and ginger Garlic paste .Grind them Well PS: DONT ADD WATER .Now add rice flour , Salt , Chopped corriander , fennel seeds to the grinded Mixture
- .Heat a flat tawa .make the batter into small balls and spread them in tawa .Add some oil and Then start toasting the tapioca Batter. .toast till It Turns Golden brown .turn off the stove .Cut the toasted tapioca into diamond shape.
- Tangy spread:- .take 300ml of hung curd .take a bowl add hund curd , chilli powder , jeera powder , Salt , Few drops of lemon .whisk it to a fine spread.
- Roasted peanuts Toppings:- .take a pan , add a spoon of coconut oil .Add handful peanuts and roast them well .finally add salt and chilli powder to it. .add it to a mixer .Grind them coarsely
- .Take Tapioca diamonds and add tangy spread in between each Slices .On the top of it add a drop of tangy spread , over that sprinkel few roasted peanuts and Finally add corriander strips cut into bits .
- Yummy and healthy Breakfeast is ready to serve!!
