Ingredients

  • Gluten free taco's
  • Soaked and cooked green dal
  • Onions Chopped
  • Keera Chopped
  • Carrots chopped
  • Boiled Corn
  • Hung curd
  • Black Salt
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Pomegranate
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Chart masala
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • For the topping heat some oil in the pan , add green dal and saute for few minutes
  • Add chilli powder , chat masal, And salt to taste
  • In A bowl add hung curd, coriander leaves , prepared mixture and mix well
  • For the salad in a bowl Add boiled corn, chopped onions, Keera, carrots, Lemon juice , Salt to taste and lightly mix all together
  • To arrange Taco, fill a Taco shell with the topping. Arrange some salad and sprinkle black salt
  • Fill all the tacos shells and serve in a plate with green sauce and red sauce

Notes/Tips

Tacos can provide a good balance of protein, fats and carbohydrates and provide ample amount of fiber, vitamin c, calcium and iron It depends on the ingredients you use, if your frying the tortillas and Filing them with hamburger meat and slot of cheese then probably it's not good for health so probably use Fresh Vegas
