- In a bowl add salt and sugar.
- Add turmeric powder, water to make dhokla batter.
- Grease round mold. add batter add eno mix well.
- Add gram flour in this batter pour mixture immediately into a greased mold.
- Now steam dhokla for 10 to 12 mins or until dhokla are cooked.
- Spread red chili powder over the dhokla.
- Take a pan add mustard seeds and spread tadka and coriander over the dhokla.
- Tasty dhokla ready to serve.....
