  • Rice
  • Chopped Capsicum
  • Chopped Carrot
  • Tomatoes
  • Peas
  • Boiled potato
  • Onion
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chilli
  • Pav Bhaji masala
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Boil 1 cup rice
  • In a pan add two big tsp of butter , jeera , and hing
  • Then add onion and green chilli in the pan and cook it until it becomes brown
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes,capsicum,carrot,peas and mix them
  • Then add salt (as per taste) , red chilli powder, and coriander powder to the pan and cook it until the vegetables becomes soft
  • Then add boiled potato and pav bhaji masala in the mixture and give it a mix
  • Then add boiled rice in the and mix it slowly
  • Then add lime juice to it and mix it slowly
  • Then garnish it with coriander leaves (optional)
