- Boil 1 cup rice
- In a pan add two big tsp of butter , jeera , and hing
- Then add onion and green chilli in the pan and cook it until it becomes brown
- Then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes,capsicum,carrot,peas and mix them
- Then add salt (as per taste) , red chilli powder, and coriander powder to the pan and cook it until the vegetables becomes soft
- Then add boiled potato and pav bhaji masala in the mixture and give it a mix
- Then add boiled rice in the and mix it slowly
- Then add lime juice to it and mix it slowly
- Then garnish it with coriander leaves (optional)
