Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Curd
  • 1/4 spoon of Salt
  • 1/4 spoon of Cumin powder
  • 1/4 spoon of Black salt
  • 1/4 spoon of Chat masala powder
  • 1/4 spoon of Coriander powder
  • 1/4 spoon of Pepper powder
  • Chopped 1 or 2 red and green chillies
  • A sprig of Mint

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and then add curd. Beat the curd until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Add salt, cumin powder, black salt, chat masala powder , coriander powder, pepper powder to the curd and mix it well.
  • Refrigerate for 15 mins .Garnish with chopped red and green chillies and a sprig of mint in the middle.
  • Now ,body cooling Teekhi Creamy Raita is ready to taste.

Notes/Tips

It cools our body and improves our digestive system. It can be served along with any rice dish such as biryani, pulao , khichdi etc.
