Ingredients

  • Idli batter
  • Gun powder
  • Coriander
  • Coconut oil

Instructions

  • Grease a 5/6 inch cake mould
  • Fill 1/8th tin with batter
  • Steam it for around 15-20 mins
  • Once cooked take it out from the mould
  • Mix gun powder and coconut oil
  • Spread it on the idli and sprinkle coriander

Notes/Tips

Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar
