  • Betel leaves
  • Carrots
  • Tamarind concentrate
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • Soy sauce
  • Roasted peanuts
  • Mint leaves
  • Roasted sesame

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix tamarind concentrate, water, lime juice, sugar and soy sauce to make a dressing. Adjust preferences according to taste.
  • In another larger bowl, put betel leaves and carrot And pour the tamarind Dressing followed by peanuts, mint and sesame.

Notes/Tips

While making the dressing, mix Ingredients slowly, while tasting. Lemon should not overpower, we need tamarind flavour to shine.
