Ingredients

  • 1 small Raw papaya, 1 raw mango,
  • 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, peanuts, chopped coriander
  • salt, black pepper or red chilli, bhuna jeera

Instructions

  • Grate raw papaya, carrot and mango into long ribbon like strips. Chop cucumber into long and thin pieces.
  • Gather all veggies in a bowl and add peanuts, salt, red chilli and bhuna jeera. Mix it properly and garnish with chopped coriander. Salad is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Tomatoes and spring onions can be used in this salad.
