- Take jowar flour, bajra flour, rice flour and besan in a mixing bowl. Add carrom seeds, salt, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and combine well.
- Using required quantity of 6, knead a soft dough.
- Take a small amount of dough. On a flat surface flatten it in round shape. Make whole in center using your dingers.
- Yransfer it carefully on a hot tawa. On a medium flame let it get cooked from both sides. Apply little oil if required.
- Prepare all the thaleepeeth in similar way. Serve it hot along with tea and curd and/or pickle.
