  • Jowar dlour
  • Bajra flour
  • Besan
  • Rice flour
  • Carrom seeds
  • Chopped onions
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Oil for ahellow frying
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take jowar flour, bajra flour, rice flour and besan in a mixing bowl. Add carrom seeds, salt, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and combine well.
  • Using required quantity of 6, knead a soft dough.
  • Take a small amount of dough. On a flat surface flatten it in round shape. Make whole in center using your dingers.
  • Yransfer it carefully on a hot tawa. On a medium flame let it get cooked from both sides. Apply little oil if required.
  • Prepare all the thaleepeeth in similar way. Serve it hot along with tea and curd and/or pickle.
