  • Almond 8 nos
  • Cashew 8 nos
  • Pista 8 nos
  • Pepper 4 nos
  • Cardamon 2 nos
  • Cinnamon 1/2 inch
  • Poppyseed 1 tsp
  • Watermelon seeds 1tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Dried rose petals 2 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
  • Kesar flakes 1-2 optional
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Thick chilled milk 1 glass

Instructions

  • Take a pan preheat it and turn of stove add almond cashew pista cardamon pepper poppyseed watermelon seeds and rose petals dried add nutmeg powder once it's cool down blend them all together dry fine powder.
  • 2 tsp thandai mixture with sugar and chilled milk blend together and transfer to serving glass garnish with pista badam.

Notes/Tips

Soaked thandai mixture gives a cream taste.. Instead of dry roasted..
