- First chop the white chocolate, add into a glass bowl and melt it with double boiler or in microwave with the regular intervals of 30secs.
- Now add milkmaid, rose petals,chopped pistachios, thandai masala and stir continuously until it becomes thick and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and lined tin and keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until set.
