Ingredients

  • 400 gm white chocolate compound
  • 200 ml. Condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Thandai masala powder mix
  • 2-3 tbsp rose petals dried or fresh
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped pistachios

Instructions

  • First chop the white chocolate, add into a glass bowl and melt it with double boiler or in microwave with the regular intervals of 30secs.
  • Now add milkmaid, rose petals,chopped pistachios, thandai masala and stir continuously until it becomes thick and well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased and lined tin and keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until set.
  • Something unique, delicious holi special thandai chocolate pista fudge is ready.
