Ingredients

  • Unsalted butter (soft) 1/2 cup
  • Sugar powder 1/2 cup
  • Thandai Masala 3-4 tbsp
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Strawberry crush as required

Instructions

  • Beat the butter and cream till light, creamy and fluffy.
  • Now add thandai Masala and mix it.
  • Then add maida and baking powder, bind it well. Add 1 tbsp Milk if required to bind.
  • Make a equal size balls from it and give shape to it, press it from center to make hole and fill it with strawberry crush
  • Now bake it in preheat oven at 160°C for 15-20 minutes.

Notes/Tips

Cool it completely at room temperature and store in airtight container.
