- Method: 1. Mix all the ingredients of thandai powder, roast it slightly & grind it in mixer grinder
- 2. Boil the milk, make its thick rabdi & add thandai powder & dry fruits in it. Rabdi is ready
- 3. Make sugar syrup of 1/2 thread consistency 4. Fry the bread slices on ghee till it turns to brown color
- 5. After it cools down, dip it in sugar syrup & take out immediately
- 6. For serving, arrange the prepared bread slices & pour the thandai rabdi on it. Garnish it with Pistachios. Your Thandai Shahi Tukda is ready to serve
