- For making the thandai powder add all the nuts that have mentioned and roast them in low flame
- And then take the roasted nuts and spices and grind them
- And then for the custard paste Boil the milk and add the thandai powder while boiling and also add the sugar and give it a stir
- Before it starts boiling mix the custard powder with the milk and add in the boiling pot
- After it thickens off the stove
- While that cool.grind some digestive biscuit for the base add some butter to the grinded biscuit powder and set it in a glass bowl and pour the custard mix to it
- Garnish it with some coconut or nuts as your wish
- Serve and enjoy!!!!
