  • Thandai powder
  • Almond
  • Cashew
  • Walnut
  • Pista
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Fennel seeds
  • Elachi
  • Cinnamon
  • Turmeric
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Custard powder
  • Milk
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • For making the thandai powder add all the nuts that have mentioned and roast them in low flame
  • And then take the roasted nuts and spices and grind them
  • And then for the custard paste Boil the milk and add the thandai powder while boiling and also add the sugar and give it a stir
  • Before it starts boiling mix the custard powder with the milk and add in the boiling pot
  • After it thickens off the stove
  • While that cool.grind some digestive biscuit for the base add some butter to the grinded biscuit powder and set it in a glass bowl and pour the custard mix to it
  • Garnish it with some coconut or nuts as your wish
  • Serve and enjoy!!!!
