  • All purpose flour
  • Ghee for dough
  • Salt
  • Water for dough
  • Mawa
  • Cashew paste
  • Almond paste
  • Pistachios paste
  • Thandai powder
  • Sugar
  • Ghee (for frying)
  • Dark chocolate (for coating)
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter (for chocolate coating)

Instructions

  • Now let the gujiya set, then decorate it with chocolate syrup and almonds, pistachios on top.

Notes/Tips

Make sure to seal the gujiya very well after stuffing. If they open while frying, their filling will come out and spoil the entire batch.
