Ghee for dough
Salt
Water for dough
Mawa
Cashew paste
Almond paste
Pistachios paste
Thandai powder
Sugar
Ghee (for frying)
Dark chocolate (for coating)
Heavy cream
Butter (for chocolate coating)

Instructions

Now let the gujiya set, then decorate it with chocolate syrup and almonds, pistachios on top.

Notes/Tips

Make sure to seal the gujiya very well after stuffing. If they open while frying, their filling will come out and spoil the entire batch.
