  • Steam idli 5
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar powder 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Dariya dal 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Dry Red chilli 2
  • Hing pinch

Instructions

  • For curd Take mixing bowl add curd, both salt and sugar powder. Mix it well.
  • Do the tempering Heat the oil in a pan add tempering ingredients one by one.
  • Plating Arrange the idli in plate and pour the curd and top up with temper.

Notes/Tips

Sugar can be skip as per curd.
