- Cut the zucchini Vertical and remove The inside soft part it looks like Boat
- Then rub salt pepper and oil and bake it for 7-8mins at 180°
- On other side heat a pan sauté onions till they become transparent
- Add chopped garlic and tomatoes puree let it cook till the starts ozzing oil from side
- Then add salt, chilly flakes and mix herbs
- Add chicken mince and saute it till it cooks then add zucchini soft part (cut into small pieces)
- Once the mixture is done let it cool now in room temperature then fill it into the centre part of the zucchini
- Garnish the top part with cheese and some mix herbs and chilly flakes
- And Bake for another 10-12mins on 180° once its done brush it with Gralic Butter or plain yellow butter
- Serve it with tossed cherry tomatoes
