  • Salt
  • Water
  • Red chilli powder
  • Corinader powder
  • Potato
  • Turmeric powder
  • Sev
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Corinader
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Chat masala

Instructions

  • Take a pressure cooker and cook potato with water. Take a pan and add oil,cumin, mustard, corinader, corinader powder,red chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder,onion and saute well. Then add the boiled and mashed potato. And mix well. Let it cool down. Then take bread crumbs in a bowl. Take 2tbsp of maida in a bowl and add water. Take a portion of potato mixture and flat it.then dip it in maida liquid and roll it in bread crumbs. Then deep fry them in oil. Then it out once they are turn golden brown. Take tikki's in a plate and sprinkle chopped tomato,onion, corinader. And sprinkle some salt,chat masala on top and serve hot.
