- Add wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt n ghee in mixing bowl. Mix it well with hands n knead semi soft dough. Cover it with cloth. Keep it aside for half an hour. Dry roast sesame seeds on slow flame for 5 -7 minutes. Let it cool down.
- Add roasted sesame seeds to mixer, grated Jaggery or Jaggery powder n grind it coarsely. Take it in a bowl and add cardommom powder, grated nutmeg n mix it well. Take dough n make lemon sized balls of it. Roll it in small puri. Hold it in hand and add sesame Jaggery stuffing in it. Cover it properly so stuffing should not come out while rolling poli.
- Dust some dry flour and roll Tilgud poli. Roast it on tava by spreading ghee on both the sides of poli. Tilpoli is ready to serve.
