- Add ghee ,jaggery.mix well.micro for 30-40 seconds.Add dry ingredients.Mix .I ally add til.Add milk.
- Divide each into 25-30 gms.lol in to a ball and flatten.bake at 160 degrees for 115-18 mins.Ready to serve.
I have tried this on makarsankranti as we always have til bud ladoos.But as kids are tempted to ew things.This cookie tastes exactly same as ladoos but in a modular cookie form.It is decilicious but healthy too as it with whole wheat and jaggery.
