Til ke laddu is a traditional Indian sweet recipe prepared with sesame seeds, jaggery. It is widely made during winters or at the Makar Sankranti festival. In the traditional recipe, you have to prepare the jaggery syrup then add roasted sesame seeds. But in this post, I am going to share the simplest and easiest way to make this laddu. It takes only 5 to 6 minutes. And you can store this laddu for a long time. There are many ways to make this laddu recipe. but this one is the easiest one.

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of white sesame seeds
  • 1 bowl of jaggery
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon of ghee

Instructions

  • Take a pan. Roast the sesame seeds until it turns golden in color. Then grind it into coarse powder.
  • Add jaggery and ghee. Mix well and again grind it.
  • Take some mix and hive it a shape of small round balls. Laddu is ready. MAKE ALL OF THEM LIKE THE SAME.
