- Firstly roast the sesame seeds until light brown in color on low to medium heat while stir continuously. Once cooled, coarsely grind the sesame seeds in the grinder jar.
- In a pan add khoya /Mawa stir continuously and cook for 2-3 mins on low flame. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Cook for a min until sugar melts. Add the grounded sesame seeds and cardamom powder to the mix. Once it has mixed, turn off the heat.
- Spread it in a greased,tray and garnish with some sesame seeds, almonds and pistachios. Keep aside until set. Cut into desired shapes and enjoy.
