Ingredients

  • White seasame seeds
  • Dry coconut grated
  • Sonth/ginger powder
  • Peanut Roasted and crushed
  • Gaggery

Instructions

  • Dry roast Sesame seeds till it gets golden brown colour.set aside.then dry roast dry coconut grated till it gets golden brown.keep aside Then take kadai add gaggery and melt till hard ball Consistency.Then turn of the Gas.
  • Add dry coconut, peanuts crushed,sonth Powderd mix Well and roll into ladoos or if you want to make til papdi then put mixture on a graded surface or on plactic paper and roll the mixture Thin.Then make cut on it and keep Aside to cool down.
  • Healthy winter dish Til gud ladoo or papdi is Ready.

Notes/Tips

1.Need to roll the Mixture fast For til papdi or making ladoos other wise it will get hard and you will not able to give proper shape to ladoos or papdi. 2. When gaggery is added need to melt it till it Gets hard check by Adding the mixture in water if it is hard then turn of the gas and if it melts in water then need to cook more.
